When used with a proper supportive bed frame, your new mattress or foundation is protected by a 10-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. Tempur-Pedic® Mattress Warranty.
Always use a mattress protector/pad to shield your mattress and preserve your warranty rights.
No flip design- to prolong the lifespan of your mattress, rotate 180 degrees every 3-6 months or as needed for even wear.

Assembly

White Glove Service: Items are delivered to your room of choice by appointment, then unpacked and fully assembled by a skilled two-person team. Includes packaging removal and recycling. Fee varies by location and order total.

If you are having your mattress delivered, we will take back your old mattress and/or foundation at no additional cost.
All delivery or set-up fees for the products being delivered still apply.
For white glove delivery, the old mattress and/or foundation will be taken at delivery of your new mattress.
For parcel shipments, we are happy to pick up your old mattress and/or foundation. Please call us to schedule a pickup within 30 days of the delivery of your new mattress.
Please note we may refuse to pick up the old mattress and/or foundation if it poses a health or safety risk.
